Ahhh!!! The satisfying feeling of a clean face. If you love that feeling as much as I do than I recommend the First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser. I discovered this cleanser about a year ago and nothing else I’ve tried since has been able to beat it. FAB products are Allergy-Tested, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Oil-Free, Soy-Free, Suitable for Sensitive Skin, Vegan, and Nano-Free. It also claims to be suitable for all skin types and a solution for dryness and redness. I’m dealing with normal to dry skin that is aging and prone to redness. I use this as a cleanser and a makeup remover, secondary to using either a makeup wipe or micellar water.
So does it hold up to it’s claims? I say yes. First of all, I love the whipped texture which does become creamy was you start to work it with your fingers. It rinses off easily and does not leave a residue but does leave my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized. My skin also feels ready to take on whatever serums, lotions or moisturizers are coming next. This product has a light scent that is not overpowering and fades quickly. I was a bit skeptical about the redness claim but I have to admit that when I am using this product consistently I have less redness and my skin just seems to be clearer (less muddy looking) overall. So, I think this product does exactly what it claims to do, and does it in a healthy way. I for one am hooked.

Have a beautiful day!
I have spent all of my adult life living with dry lips. Sahara Desert, cracks that bleed, kind of dry. I have also tried countless products to try and relieve the dryness, the peeling and the cracking. So a couple of months ago I was in the makeup aisle, looking for a lip balm that I hadn’t tried yet. Way down in the corner I spot the Maybelline “Baby Lips” lip balm. It’s brightly colored and the packaging reminded me of the scented lip glosses I loved as a teenager, all smell, no effect. It claimed to moisturizing and shiny, and comes in a variety of colors/flavors. Priced at about $4.50 at my local Wal-Mart, I decided to bite.
Make a long story short, I ended up liking it so much the next time I was at the store I picked up 3 more. I now have them scattered all over the house. Yes, they are scented like the ones you remember, but that’s ok because this formula actually makes my lips feel better and since I started using it regularly I haven’t had a single cracked lip. They also give a little bit of color depending on which one you choose. My favorite is the cherry flavor but I also really like the strawberry and the crystal. For me this product is a hidden gem.

I received this highlighter recently in a subscription box and was excited to give it a try even though I was not acquainted with the brand INMO. The color I received is Twilight. The website says it’s a cream to powder formula.
When I swatched it on my hand it looked peachy with a golden shift. It looked like a good match for my skin color and I’ve been really enjoying peach lately. So I tried it on my cheeks one day but didn’t feel like I got much color and it was hardly noticeable after a day at work. I decided to give it another try, thinking I had been in a particular hurry the previous day and maybe hadn’t done a very good job applying it. The second time I tried it I had a lot of difficulty getting any product on my brush but I did manage to get some color on my cheeks and I thought it looked pretty good. Until about halfway through the day when it started to look obvious on my skin, like it was just sitting on top of the skin. The third time I went to try it the surface had turned hard and I was unable to pick up any powder even after digging with the brush. So overall, I loved the color but I won’t be purchasing it.
